SalesThe foundationOur founder built and led sales teams in the fitness industry, advancing from sales representative to district manager. That experience established the fixed term engagement model that remains central to our approach today.
Operations$750K to $3.3MFrom May 2021 to September 2022, our founder served as operations director for a business in the visual arts industry, transforming it from $750,000 to $3.3 million in 15 months. The owner observed that our founder was functioning more as a consultant than as an operations director, bringing an analytics and data driven approach to decision making, which became the founding catalyst for the firm.
ConsultingConsulting developmentOur founder then spent time as a senior business consultant at a major firm, where he was one of 99 senior consultants consulting across a broad range of industries.
2023The Mor B.A.C.Q GroupLaunched in 2023 to formalize the diagnostic and implementation methodology developed through these experiences. The firm has since diagnosed businesses across ten industries, working with owners and leaders to align organizational structure with vision and drive measurable growth.
